Amazing, good quality food. Very well priced - servings are quite large (a smoothie is a full metal milkshake cup) I had fritters with avocado and balsamic glaze (the best balsamic glaze I’ve ever had) my husband had poached eggs on toast which he was very happy with and our 5 year old was overjoyed with vegemite on sourdough and an apple juice. Met the chef who was beyond lovely - and had called to check the venue before arriving as we have a sensory family member who gets a bit overwhelmed by noise so wanted to ask first before coming in. Staff are amazing and we will most certainly be back! Have seen some homemade garlic bread by the chef near the checkout - I’ll be buying a few because it should be amazing!

This is a great little coffee shop in the Figtree neighborhood. The food is excellent and well priced. It's made to order, so be patient. There is also a little shop next door for picking up necessities and treats..

What a great little find! Randomly stopped here for a brunch and so glad we did.Food was absolutely fantastic and the service was exceptional.We will be back on drives down the coast.

We come to Rest Cafe almost daily, and it never disappoints! The service is always warm and friendly. The food is consistently amazing, and quick to the table.

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this café, not even knowing it was here. We ordered coffee and food, and both were excellent.The beef burger was juicy, packed with flavor, and paired perfectly with crispy, golden chips. The mocha was so good that I almost ordered another—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.With its great food and inviting atmosphere, this café is a fantastic spot for breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommended, and I’ll be back to try more!
